Amazing staff, beautiful facility, reasonably priced, treated us with care, and compassion. Highly recommended. We are definitely coming back.
Britt, has been very professional and helpful . She makes me feel better about Oliver coming sick.I asked alot questions and she never rushes me.I like this place everyone is so helpful.
I went there for the first time because I adopted my puppy from the VCA shelter so the first check up was free. I would NOT recommend. The nurses and front desk staff were amazing dont get me wrong. However the vet was a very negative experience. First I asked for advice on crate training/seperation anxiety and the veterinarian was extremely rude and told me not to put my dog in a crate then. I explained that its for 15 minute periods while i go to and from work, i rent, the dog cannot destroy this property. she was not understanding at all and did not give advice (the nurse gave me handouts afterwards that were helpful). she shamed me for the food i give my puppy, blue buffalo puppy food. and my dog has a mild cough which could be due to the new environment and smells, or from pulling on her harness, the puppy was perscribed VICODIN, a narcotic (that NO pharmacy carries by the way). its not confirmed that my dog has kennel coug, i dont know why i would need such a strong medication that i couldnt even get if i wanted to. im going to stick to another vet from now on, there was no reason for the rudeness and i dont feel comfortable giving my dog an extremely addictive drug when he coughs once or twice in a day.
Long wait. An hour after my scheduled appointment before the doctor came in and my cat was irritated and not in the mood to be touched by the vet. They had to wrap him in a blanket and come just for a rabies shot. They also charge a lot and make you pay for at least one dose of their preferred flea and heart worm medication. I understand why, but I still wish I had the choice.
