I went here a month or two ago, extremely worried about my cat. They misdiagnosed him and the staff at the front desk were incredibly unprofessional. $1000 later and they got it all wrong. I will not be returning and I recommend finding somewhere else to go.
Everyone was so compassionate, caring, and did their best to save our cat, Toby.
Thank you for giving us as much time as we needed with him to say goodbye, for not rushing us with paperwork, and letting us stay in the private room, rather than go back out to the lobby to complete paperwork and checkout.

My pup is now 10years old. But I thank OVRS so much for saving his life when he was just 6 months old. He’s still a happy pup who loves to run around, in shorter spurts now, with mild arthritis but he is doing great. The staff was amazing, good communicators when you’re experiencing your worst nightmare, and the facility was clean and very high tech! Thank you.
