Good people they do the job right and sincerely 10/10 would visit again
Posting this now because I just got off the phone with the rudest people. Mary I believe, she wouldn?t let me speak and keep cutting me off, this was my second phone call after they hung up on me. I scheduled an appointment and requested for a working day sooner if possible and if not the appointment is fine. Come to find out my appointment was canceled no work in no nothing. Disrespectful.
Thanks for the response sir the frustration came after I heard a huff and puff when I told her I made the appointment here and not at a different place like your front desk lady accused me of doing 4 times. I appreciate you reaching out but work on your staff. Frustration comes from lack of your staff caring. Please stop responding to people and start fixing.
I really like the people here. They are very professional and attentive. The docs are thorough and follow-up in a timely manner. On top of this, our pup has a vet in another town (we spend our time in two places) and they keep open lines of communication with the other vet. We couldn’t be happier with the level of care and attention our puppy receives from CCAH.
They take amazing care of our dog and cat. They promptly make room for emergency visits like when our golden got an eye infection and are very accommodating for regular check-ups as well.
