So.. I’m the type of person who Highly respects somebody who gives it to me straight, and when u first meet the Doctor, you will meet a very strong personality. I -initially- , very much, Respected and Liked that about her, even tho there was a harshness to it, because I am very much the same way, when I need to be. But! I’ve noticed something about her, (before yesterday, but) Specifically and Aggressively, Yesterday. She was Purposely trying to Shame me, and was -Completely Rude-. Asking rhetorical questions, Making faces, LITERALLY rolling her eyes at certain points, as we went over my dog up to date. Her behavior Instantly got my blood boiling when I realized what she was doing, but then I’m trying to continue being Respectful, Calm, and Agreeable, since One of us needs to be, and so then I’m scrambling to try and explain things, which didn’t seem to come out the way I meant them, and, yeah, the Whole visit with her was just a rude weird mess. Not to mention, I overheard her joking with her employees, and said something Along the lines of ‘Nobody’s ever referred to me as Awesome’, (it was said in the context that she knows she is an A******). You could hear how proud she was. And I’m just here to say, You have Nothing to be proud of, if you don’t know how to be Kind/Respectful. Aside from the Fact, I will say, this Doctor is Very Intelligent.. as a Business Woman, she is very foolish, because I will not return, and that seems to be pretty consistent with the low ratings.. And, as somebody who interacts with the public, daily, with much conversation to be had, I will be informing everybody of my experience with this Compulsively Rude woman, any time the topic of vets comes up. Your welcome.
Takes excellent care of all my animals and staff is very sweet.
Dr. Broschay is so good with my pup. She loves on them like they are her own babies! My heart is full knowing the level of care my pup Gracie gets! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets! The staff is also top notch!!
Horrible vet, DO NOT take your dog there. Was responsible for the death of my dog.
