I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I have to share my experience as this vet was highly recommended. Yes they are all very nice and responsive but my pets health is what I care about most. I was new to the area and brought my dog in for a checkup and had concerns about her teeth. He checked her teeth and said nothing was wrong she just needs a cleaning which I had done less than a year ago and she is only 7. The very next week we noticed her teeth are loose! I take her in again and they pushed up her dental cleaning. I knew she would probably have those loose teeth pulled but when he called me after and said they took 9 teeth!! How were her teeth fine one week earlier? What I am most upset about is that there were no X-rays taken!! There is no way to properly diagnose and pull teeth without an X-ray before and after to make sure he got it all. Then after all that…she was having accidents in the house so I took in a urine sample and they tell me they think she has Cushings disease and wanted to do expensive tests. After my own research and a second opinion, nothing in that urine test points to Cushings and she is perfectly healthy. Not sure what’s going on over there but I will not be trusting them with my dog anymore and you should think twice too.

I truly trust Chris’s opinions and recommendations 100% ! He has been our vet 20 or so years. I would never doubt him.
He has NOT treated my dogs when he felt it was a waste of money -meaning not needed. He HAS treated them when he found underlying issues that could not have been known existed by a person that does not have his education, experience and expertise. I currently have 2 dogs that are going on 15 and 1 at 10. They would not be with us still had he not been there to be their doctor. I had 1 of my girls, way back as a pup, have very bad red patches unexplainable on her. 2 other vets took biopsy’s and tried to cure her with expensive meds ( a lot of tests ) and no conclusions. Then we met Chris. Turns out, she was simply allergic to beef which was in her dog food. He recommended a fish based food. Cured! No meds or more tests. Chris knows his stuff and cares way more than any others I have met! This is not saying other veterinarians are not good, just saying Chris is our choice by far!
