Don’t go here! They made my family spend THOUSANDS in unnecessary tests. They took advantage of my family just to get their money. They did not care about our pet and now she’s gone. The Vet wouldn’t even come talk to us but sent out a tech, because he was too busy. Disgusting money grabbing business. They only care about the money, not if your pet lives or dies. Cascade Hospital For Animals is a MUCH better practice. Go someplace else your pet will benefit from it. This hospital is foul and its veterinarians and vet techs are completely incompetent. A simple test and a simple cure would have saved our family’s dog, but they didn’t do it and instead did everything else just to charge my family 10,000 dollars! Clearly they weren’t meeting their monthly quota as this hospital is just a business. They do everything in their power to not heal your animals so they can charge you a lot of money and tell you they can’t figure out what’s wrong. If you value your pets life, DO NOT GO HERE. Remember, this is a business that cares ONLY about the sales. If this were a real animal hospital, most of the veterinarians would be top if their class, I’m assuming these one’s graduated at the bottom of their class barely passing. How these people sleep at night knowing they purposely don’t cure your animal is beyond me. They haven’t responded to me because they know they are wrong and what they did was wrong. If you value your pets life or if your sick and want them to die, this is the place to go.

Every bad review you will read about this place is 100% true. They diagnosed my dog with hip dysplasia because of a limp in her back leg, recommended a $5000 surgery, ok can’t hurt to get a second opinion right? Went to MSU Vet for a second opinion about two weeks later, turns out she had cancer. DO NOT GO HERE
Terrible “hospital” they killed my family’s dog by not doing the most simple test to check for flea and ticks. When we brought her to a real animal hospital, not just one that cares about money, they told us they could have saved her and that Blue Pearl should have had the sense to test for that. Incompetent veterinarians work here. If you want your pet to perish, this is the place to go!
Edit after response: Unfounded? Please don’t use big words when you are 100% at fault for her death. I’m sick of you people taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations. Just today there’s a new bad review about how you misdiagnosed cancer in a dog! How does that happen?
Took thousands from my family, didn’t even attempt to save our dogs life. Just took our money and said there was nothing they could do, spoiler, there was! And if any of them were competent, our dog would be alive. Come one come all!! This is the place to go if you want your pets to die!

Callie, was one of the best dogs in the entire world, she just wanted love, and you sentenced her to the beyond because of incompetent veterinarians and staff.
