Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!! We called and got told they could see our dog … we rushed there because it’s obviously an emergency and we get there and the lady at the desk says they can’t take any more animals because they are “short staffed” and there’s nothing that could be done for us THIS IS EMERGENCY VET…you have to be kidding me … That’s like going to Bronson Hospital for chest pains and they say they can’t see you because they are short staffed …. Save your time and take your fur baby’s somewhere else

Don’t even want to give a one star. Came here as my dog presented with possible start of bloat or significant back issues.. panting, drooling, arching of back and head, firm abdomen, not wanting to stand… Waited 3 effing hours for the dr to even meet with me. No initial care for my dog was done such as X-rays/lab work to rule out anything. I had to mention to the provider about even doing an X-ray in which he advised me they do not review onsite and it has to be sent out which can be an additional 3-4 hours. After provider left, I was given an estimate 30 minutes later I which my dogs labs hadn’t even been drawn. I was also advised that in order for lab work to be done and meds prescribed it would be an additional 40 minutes. $462 later for some labs, the visit, and a few meds. Way to not be very thorough. A waste of my time and money. Will not be back.

My dog was having grand Mal seizures…although her vitals were stable by the time I drove 1hr to get there and they finally triaged her. I specifically requested blood work while we waited for vet …they caged her while I waited for 3 hrs. 3 other dogs came in and were treated and went home while I waited. Finally, after several more dogs came in…I said to the staff "my dog must be stable enough to go home since so many others have come and went and we have not got to see vet. They wouldn’t do the blood work I asked for until after we saw the vet instead of while we waited. The prices are astronomical! 198 to walk in the door, 300 for reg blood panel…that’s just the start. We went home and she had 2 more seizures and I was so angry for the hours of no help, 2 hours driving😠 and now a day off to go to more vet visits that I am sure will actually help her.

This place only cares about money, they are corporate and couldn’t give a rip about your pet. They are so overly expensive, basically rip people off so much, that they have a posted security guard there now… A security guard at vets office? Really? They must know they’re doing something wrong, if they’re anticipating people being that upset, when they have to mortgage their house to save their pet. They have no real compassion, only thing they have love for is $.
