This place is awesome !! Dr. Thorpe and the rest of the office I met was so nice! We brought our beagle puppy in and he absolutely loved all of them. Highly recommend this vet office !!
We have been bringing our animals here for years, and lately it seems to really be going down hill. Multiple times we went in for a scheduled appointment and waited over 3 hours. While not very happy about that we have never complained. Recently, my dog needed a refill on his seizure medications, and twice they failed to send it in. Last time, he went the entire weekend without medication because they never called it in. This time I called on a Tuesday, and let them know he only had two days worth. Now it is Friday, I called the pharmacy and they never sent it in. He is completely out. I had to call, and sure enough they never sent it. If I had forgotten to check in with them he would have went another whole weekend without seizure medication. We have literally been bringing our ten animals here for over 5 years, and it has literally gone so downhill we will be switching vets. I will not risk my dog having another grand mal seizure, and anothwr $2000 vet bill, because they cannot be bothered to call in his meds.
