We scrambled to find a vet to care for our older cat. Unfortunately, we had to make an appointment to put down our 15 year cat today. The front manager (Kris, I think) was super compassionate from the moment we walked in. She took her time with us and explained everything to us so we would know what to expect. She was short staffed but still made us feel like we were very important to her. You can tell that she loves her job, we need more people like her in this world. She went above and beyond during the entire process. Our cat has a brother at home and she gave us a stuffed animal with my dying cats scent on it, so his brother will be comforted at home. She didn?t have to do that, but that was the sweetest and most thoughtful thing. My cats brother has been cuddling with it ever since we got home. At one point, I even gave her a hug because of how she made the process memorable and smooth. I will forever be grateful for the staff here. We will be back for future pet visits, hopefully happier visits.
