Honestly the desk lady cared more about explaining the nature of their failing business than asking me why I was even calling. Very disappointing.
We have used them twice both in a walk in basis. We were seen immediately. Both were emotional situations and the staff not only cared for my pets but were very comforting and compassionate to our family. The are also MUCH cheaper than MSUs emergency clinic
Have never felt more at ease with a vet. Dr. Rebecca is very caring. Not only for your animals but you too. She reached out after losing my rottweiler at only 6 yrs old. I have been vet hoping for a while now and have finally found the one!!
Very caring of my pet. Did a great job and treat the pets with care and respect. Highly recommend!
