Everyone I interacted with there was very kind and compassionate to me and my sick cat. I’d definitely recommend them for urgent care for your fur baby. Call before showing up as they have limited openings.
I believe the staff are caring, have a desire to help, and were overall nice. I was not impressed with overnight vet. The issue I encountered is two of the vets were hyperfocused with how much we were willing to spend. We had commented that we weren’t sure we wanted to spend $1500-$2000, we were emotional and scared about our fur baby at the time. After that, conversations were prefaced with "I know you want to be cost conscious…" The next consistent statement was "we don’t know, we think you need to send her to a specialist."
We moved our pet to Blue Pearl. With 2-hours we felt listened to, we have a plan, we do have a big bill, but we have a team who has been candid, compassionate, and interested in explaining things to us and we haven’t even seen a specialist.
I appreciate this hospital wanting to consider expenses, yet they didn’t hesitate to charge us $2500, feign lack of knowledge, to be dismissive of us, and discharge at the speed of light. Take it from me, if you think there is complexity in your fur babies health, go somewhere else, right out of the gate.
Everyone is so wonderful and helpful, I highly recommend going here!
Trash service, do not go here for anything reproductive. My girl had 9 puppies, she had some discharge so I decided to take her in on a Sat night and not wait until her appt on Monday for a c section. They first charged me almost $1000 just to walk in the door for “pre testing”. They come out and tell me she is in labor and i should do an emergency c section asap. Ok great, I agreed Im not a newb breeder and always take the advice from a Vet if they are reassuring, I mean why wouldnt I right! Long story short, she was NOT in labor and we lost all 9 puppies that were pre spoken for to show homes, totaling a $45,000. They started to back peddle and tried to come at me well we would not know for sure it was a guess, LOL ok then what were the pre tests for?????? They just charged that for their “professional opinion” what a joke. The truth is they should have given her a reverse progesterone, this is what I assumed since they are charging $5000 plus for a c section. In fact, they don’t have a machine and have no business doing these procedures. They apologized to me and they told me that they would make it right, it’s been months and they still have not given me the credit even though I said I would pay for all the medicines and up to $1500 they still have yet to give me any sort of monetary refund or contact and communication. We run a professional business and we lost big time and they decided not to even try even though they spoke about it, and I have everything recorded to fix the situation. I have no choice but to go further with my attorneys and take these so-called veterinarians, and this conglomerate business to court to get what is rightfully mine. The sad part is this could’ve been handled between us and I tried for months and was very patient and professional, shame on them.
Very helpful staff and Dr’s. Pricing for a Vet ER was very good.
