Terrible service. I made an appointment for an guineapigs after confirming they work with guinneapigs. 7am comes and my boyfriend takes her he was waiting for over an hour before being told first that there dr that works on guineapigs is not in yet, then followed it up with saying they don’t work on guineapigs at all. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Seems like nobody has any idea what they are doing.
They ended up giving my cat the wrong vaccine which has history of causing death in the breed of cat I have. Told them at the first appt not to give the vaccine and put it in the records, but my request was disregarded. I would think that an established vet clinic would have some type of verification for vaccines/breeds but I guess that is asking too much. They really didn’t even apologize or do anything to make up for their mistake, made me continue to pay for my "treatment plan" even though they put my cats life at risk. Not to mention when I tried getting my medical records, called multiple times through out the day, left multiple voice mails and never heard back. My recommendation is to find another vet to take care of your fur baby!!!!!!!!
