Money hungry and lack of care for people who do it for a living, worst decision bringing my pet there, bring your pet anywhere else!!!
We brought our dog in after he had been hit by a car. We called ahead of time to let them know we were on our way. They were able to take our dog in right away upon arrival. Soon after arrival we recieved a phone call with a list of his injuries, possible complications, his need for increased level of care, and approximate financial burden. They informed us they could stabilize him until they could find a place that was able to take a dog who needed ventilator support (due to covid their facility did not have any ventilators available). They spent a couple hours calling several facilities and finding the appropriate resources for the care needed. Dr. Schaak was professional, kind, informative, and knowledgeable. Our dog received excellent care while there , and thanks to Dr. Schaak and her team they helped safe our dogs life.

The staff here treated us very professionally and kind. Although we didn’t like having the decision to put our Diesel down, they helped walk us through the process to make sure we made the best decision for him. They gave us as much time to say goodbye as needed. They knew the feeling of heartbreak we were going through and gave the comfort and time we needed. We thank you all for that!
