Brought my cat in for a urinary tract infection and was convinced by staff that getting my cat vaccines on the same day was a good idea despite him not feeling well from UTI. Turns out my cat had an adverse reaction to the vaccines. Instead of meeting with me in person the vet chose to call me. I was in the lobby and told her I’d be willing to talk in person but she said it was probably too loud to talk in the lobby where I was sitting. My best guess is the vet was too much of a coward to break the bad news to me in person. Definitely won’t be returning.
Called in to see if they could get my cat in immediately, and they were able to help us get in right away after their was a cancelation to fit us in. Staff was so nice especially during a worrying illness my cat had and were comforting able to help with prices etc
