Very nice staff, always listen to me and hear my concerns. They helped me to identify my dogs food allergy and my kittens teeth issue. I’ve seen two of the vets and two techs.
Love how kind everyone is
I didn’t bring my own animal here but I went with a friend who has a cat. The place was pretty calm and clean. The vet tech was stunning with doing a micro chip and the vet was a very nice lady. They were so good with my friends cat I would definitely consider coming here if I ever end up with a furry family member.
I needed to find a vet, one closer to where i am living. This place seems extremely organized. They send a nice reminder for appointments. Just had to have a recheck appointment. I didn’t have to wait more than a couple of minutes. The entire staff is very friendly. The Dr. spent time and asked me several times if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend them. I’m just letting you know they are busy, and sometimes it takes a while to get in, but I think it’s worth it !
I thought I did a post, but I will again. I needed to find a vet closer to where I lived. They are pretty busy, and it took a while to get in. But I think it was worth the wait. The entire staff are very friendly. They send you reminders, no long wait times. Patient and sincere people. They are now my vet clinic.
I’ve been bringing my dog to Shady Oak since I’ve had her (since 2017). Enjoy the staff, as they are open to me telling them how to handle my dog. They book out for routine visits several months, which is one of the only downsides. They have been fantastic about squeezing us in for more urgent things (staples after a bite, impacted glands), which I’m super thankful for. Dealt with Dr Gretchen the last time I was in and she and the tech were fantastic about listening to concerns.
