My husband and I took our 2 dogs there to get their annual rabies vaccines. We had just moved and needed an affordable option. This place had decent reviews so we booked an appointment. We knew that the experience would likely be quirky based off what we read. But what we got was far worse than expected. Upon arrival, there were 2 small dogs of his outside. One nearly didn?t let us walk up to the building after aggressively meeting us at our car. Another was unable to walk and sat at the base of the stairs. We barely got past him as well. Upon entering the front door, the veterinarian shooed us back out to the parking lot. He had no record of our appointment and would not let us inside. He ended up giving our dogs vaccines outside using the hood of his junk filled car as a table. We will never be back.

Top care! We’ve been going to Dr Van Alstine for about 20 years. His passion for animals is unmatched. We can tell he loves what he does and he does it all at a reasonable cost. We’ve been through a lot together and we know we can always count on him for the best!
