They saved my little puppy that caught parvo! very friendly and informative staff. They treated him so well, they really care about your pet! My only complaint was we had to wait almost 6 hours before he was seen. Busy evening!!
I don?t really care that you?re ?so busy from the thousands of people contacting you via phone and email so you have to understand it?ll be a while before we even get in contact with you to maybe set up an appointment? when someone calls you to try to set up an appointment, maybe a little bit of kindness would do your receptionists well. (Yes, I essentially was dismissed condescending by them bragging about how they?re too busy for my dog when was following my VETS instructions to call them). She wouldn?t even let me finish my sentence that I had already talked with someone else there and instead interrupted me to go through her ?I?m too busy for you rant.? I wasn?t expecting to be seen in the next 5 minutes, I was calling for a future appointment so no need to treat me like I was demanding for everyone to drop what they were doing to see me then
Dr. Scott and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Our pup was throwing up constanty yesterday morning, and where our regular vet failed us, the team at VSS got him the care he needed. Our dog had an overnight stay where he received the best care I could imagine. We picked him up today with clear discharge instructions, and the staff made sure to go over everything with us while we were still at the clinic. While I hope we never have to go again, I am at ease knowing that VSS is there if we ever have another emergency.
I took my cat here when she was throwing up and coughing constantly. The wait was minimal, the facility was clean, and all the front desk staff and doctors were very kind and I could tell Ophelia was in good hands. She had to stay overnight, and I got a phone call with updates at 3am, 8am, and 11am. Very appreciative for all their hard work in helping keep my baby safe!
