Our first visit to BSAH was to get a sedative prescription for our rescue dog Julee. Julee is very reactive and we had been told that she didn’t like going to the vet. So, I was very nervous that she might be aggressive with them. But, the vet Dr. Bradley was so good with Julee. When she came in, instead of approaching Julee, she sat down next to me. She said, “We’re just going to talk like old friends.” As we talked, Julee approached her for pets, and really liked her! To my pleasant surprise, Dr. Bradley did Julee’s entire exam while sitting next to me! It was a great experience all around. And I’m relieved to have a vet to take Julee to where they will meet her where she is, so she can have a good experience!
my friends female Dane mix had a scare and needed immediate surgery. they were compassionate to both bella and my friend, made room for her asap that morning and made her feel safe and in good hands. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the doctors. When your dog or cat is family you’ll be in the right hands
A little pricey but the care is top notch for my babies.
