OUTSTANDING CARE, OUTSTANDING STAFF, VERY REASONABLE CHARGES
We adopted our two cats from here when they were babies (Westgate sometimes has rescues available.) It turned out that one of them had a severe anaphylactic allergic reaction to his first set of shots, and it was a very scary experience, but they took wonderful care of him and he was OK. They didn’t charge us for the vaccines he got or his treatment and aftercare, either. And when discussing a plan for his future vaccines, they respected my desire to not put him through another ordeal (which would have involved an IV and medicating him for days ahead of time and still wouldn’t have guaranteed his safety) and instead wrote me a letter for my records explaining that he couldn’t be vaccinated.
