If you value your pet’s life this is not the place to go. We would of had better luck dealing with a Wal-Mart door greeter "than the two not interested what so ever" employees working at this so called Pet Hospital. I was under the impression that an Emergency Pet Hospital they actually cared about animals but this couldn’t be further from the truth. My wife was in tears begging for someone to help our sick dog and were refused service. They looked at her as if she was a HUGE inconvenience. Please avoid this place at all cost if you are looking for a Hospital who actually cares and wants to help your pet. Maybe they should change the name of the Hospital to the Black Pearl so it will match the color of their hearts.
Do you not take your pets here or sign up for the care credit card though them.
In November we took are 6 month old puppy in for what was suspected antifreeze poisoning they wanted us to put him down or pay upwards of 4 grand to do treatment to possibly saw him so we signed up for care credit and we’re transferred to blue pearl Overland Park where they realized kc blue pearl misdiagnosed our dog and he was fine just ate and drank to fast and threw up a bunch of times and saved us thousands we almost put down our dog bc of there misdiagnosis and their answer was either pay or put him down. All they saw was dollar signs when we walked in with a pure breed hunting dog, fast forward to today to come and find out that I’ve been getting charged extreme amounts of fees and random charges on my card I pay on time each month. The care credit company told me the vet signed us up for an insurance thing on our card which costs an extra 20- 40 bucks a month on our credit card. On top of the extreme interest rate if not paid in full within 6 months of the vet visit. Please beware of taking your pets here the day we were there atleast 5 animals had been put down or were in the process of being put to sleep when I got there at 9 am. All they care about is money not ur pets!
Blue pearl has been the most fraudulent vet hospital I’ve ever seen they remind me of those scammers lieing to seniors about their granddaughter in jail and needs 1500$ to be bailed out however the 1500 is just the start.
The damage they choose to do is much mu h more creating victims of people and their pets.
I know I might not be the prettiest bee in the bunch and my finances are limited but they made it sound like don’t worry about the cost your dogs welfare is most important to us. They said on the phone.
Shock value- the web of lies start after they get my baby girl in the back room hostage till I pay the ransom money for her. Then as I sorry and stress about raising enough money the remind me she’s in pain and they won’t treat her until I start to shell out money
They told me it’s an emergency just get your dog here.
More is yet to come I have to check on my other puppy who got tramTised by the evil staff at blue pearl. They don’t smile the scowl.
They are all women when I was there but it’s only on the outside inside of them is no heart compassion or concern they are filled with hatred and evil.
