The staff and doctors are always so nice and sweet to my crazy and rambunctious puppy!
We all know emergencies happen during business hours. This clinic does NOT OFFER EMERGENCY SERVICES IN HELENA. So if your pets on their death bed make sure just to head to Missoula, because that’s where they will send you. Not even someone to give a little advice, or care instructions. My best friend, child, is now heavily sedated barely eating and drinking because it’s her first time without her family and she is in a strange environment with the possibility of never walking again. I will never TRUST your facility, I will NEVER use your facility again, and I would NEVER recommend you to anyone who loves their fur baby to be in your care. I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR YOUR COMMENT, as there is NOTHING you could say, and there is absolutely nothing that could make me feel any better about your facility. Excuses are like @$$ holes and your higher up that chain of brown.
Amazing experience, they were very good with my pet, would recommend them 100 times over
Two nights ago, our 14 year old doggie collapsed and we did not know what to do. We usually go to bridger vet, but they do not do after hours services. We called alpine and they were so helpful and we are so lucky they were able to squeeze us in. We rushed to alpine at 10pm and they helped and assisted us as much as possible. I’m not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. They were so kind and caring when we had to say goodbye to our boy. They handled it with nothing but passion and care for animals and their families. Thank you again.
