Dr. Menard is thoughtful and thorough in his examination. He provides a great deal of comfort whether you’re bringing your pet in for a checkup or for an illness/injury.
As a new client, my dog Princess was well taken care of, and we left very half, even after her shots. Dr Menard was very thorough with his check-up of her and very kind. The entire staff was friendly and professional.
I brought in my 8 week Shichon who weighed 3 lbs for her first visit. Everyone of the gals in the front office loved my tiny Sadie. They were very friendly and Dr was very good in explaining what was needed now and in the future. Very organized place.
Just gave a call to inquire about baseline prices for a fracture fix or amputation surgery and was very quickly dismissed to get this information. The lady who answered pushed and insisted on scheduling an appointment for an exam and x rays even though my kitty already has documents from urgent care of his exam and his X-rays. I’ve been calling other clinics in town and they all have been happy and willing to provide estimates or baseline for their prices for these procedures.
Maybe I’m taking it the wrong way but this just with this interaction it seems like this clinic is greedy. Sad.
Dr Fink has taken care of my dogs/cat since he opened his practice. He is the best vet.
