Been going for about ten years. I recommend this place because they usually have really good vets, nurses and techs! It’s always so nice talking to them. I did take one star away because the facility feels a bit run-down while prices are really high, and another star because every once in a while a receptionist can be impatient and dry. If you’re unlucky you can get someone who isn’t a great communicator and doesn’t expand to clarify confusion. I feel it’s important to mention because it adds insult to injury when spending thousands of dollars with sky-high anxiety and worry, being so nice to everyone and being made to feel like asking for clarity is an inconvenience to them.
Receptionists and cost aside, they have done a good job taking care of my pets’ health this far.
Awful, expensive, overcharging.
Got estimate to fix my female dog below $400. They asked all questions (age,weightetc) we did discuss she was in heat and they told us they still can do it. They didn?t mention it will be extra $75.
Upon arrival estimate was $680 !!
After procedure it went up to $780 !!
Tried talking to them and they pretty much told us whatever they tell you before is estimate and they can change it after procedure is done!
No complications nothing. Not $475. But $780. And she wouldn?t tell why it doubled!
Update: within an hour of writing reviews here, google and Facebook they gave me a call. Lady explained that first person wasn?t trained and she apologized about it. She did say my husband brought dog and agreed to a bill. Bill was supposed to be over $1000 but he refused other ?add ons?.
My advice find clinic that cares about over population of dogs and do it for free.
It?s very dishonest to say it?s one price and upon arrival present triple amount bill. Also untrained people.
My 15 year old female shorthair is nearing the end. Dr. Topham went out of his way to identify the problems that she has that are affecting her quality of life. He found the least intrusive ways to treat her issues, allowing our pup to peacefully live out her days with us.
I was taking my cat to vets to try and figure out what was wrong with her for months before going to American Pet Hospital, where they found what was wrong in a day. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. What was what we needed.
