They dont take your pet out of the room, do everything in front of you, the pets mental state is important to the staff, everyone is friendly and loves the animals Im lucky I found this place
Today I walked in with my month old kitten he/she was dying the nurse took him inside right away and the doctor save him ! What an amazing personnel with a heart of gold , I wasn’t charged anything ! So compassionate

Very greedy and incompetent not willing to be accountable for any mistake. Natalie signed me up for a surgical appointment on a cat. It was as she told me to be put under wellness but then it should go in the system and fix it so I had the cat without anything to eat, overnight tried to catch him, and if I did not pre-notify them, I would have not found out that it was a wellness appointment Not surgery. Natalie specifically said it was surgery. Do not worry I?ll take care of everything in the system she did and they took the $25 fee. they will not refund it due to their error. It shows real bad well to the public. It also indicates willingness to perpetrate and continue in deception. It is bait and switch. They also kept changing doctors different technicians would call me with a different doctor information. They can?t even get their information together so they took $25 for no reason and won?t refund it. It is a bad will just they are very Machiavellian. What I was saying is I could not catch the cat so I had called them and in doing so I found out they change the nature of the appointment without telling me. Then they promised they would look in the tapes on the phone calls and see if it was Natalie?s mistake and they didn?t do it. They have a way to block me on their phone system even if I use*67 to block my number they can block my number even one unknown caller my number is blocked. When Natalie knew there was a mistake and how I signed up she said she would fix it. She never fixed it. That?s the point she made a promise. She didn?t keep they want to blame me and just steal money.
