The staff here is amazing I lost my cat at this vet sadly and the staff made me a hand written letter I really do appreciate them doing this for me. It made me feel better 🙂 definitely recommend this place

I took my dog here for a routine check up. Dr Erika Shroeder and Vet tech Dafne took her in the back room to obtain vitals. With no regards to my dog’s initial breathing issues, they held my dog forcibly down enough that she couldn’t breathe.They crushed her trachea. They brought my dog back into the room in full respiratory failure and just left her there with me. Dying. As I screamed for help they took Tootsie back to give her oxygen. Dr Ericka Shroeder admitted that she put the wrong sized tube down my dog’s throat which caused massive bleeding. They administered PROPOFOL without my permission. Instead of taking emergency measures, Dr. Erika Schroeder insisted on euthanasia, to hide the torture that she did to my dog. My dog was tortured and died a slow agonizing suffocating death. It took me 8 months to finally get the report. And there are many lies in this report. Stay away from this place. Dr Ericka Shroeder and Vet Tech Dafne physically and fatally abused my dog. Dr. Erika Schroeder is incompetent. She should not be practicing. This place should be shut down!
