I loved this clinic and was sorry to see it had closed down… I did however find Dr Baker who has now made Northwest Veterinary Hospital her new home… I am happy to report it is our new home as well… The staff was fantastic and everyone including Dr Baker made us feel right at home….
They are closed. No longer in business.
Long wait and very minimal service by the staff and Vet. Then they tried to bill us for a supplement that we didn’t ask for. Later took our little dog in for grooming and was told she needed 600 dollars worth of dental work or they wouldn’t groom her anymore. Hated this place.
I would give these people no stars if I could. They’ve been known to have a small animal vet on staff but when I went in there with my rat who was dying, they didn’t have one there. The nurse who helped me was rude and unsympathetic and because of their empty promise I was forced to drive to the next nearest vet. The wasted time going to this vet cost my pet his life.

Just found out they closed about a month after my review. I hope they never open again for the sake, health, and welfare of all animals in Reno.
