We came in from out of town with a sick, elderly dog. We came here, and got in fairly quick. The office staff was so nice, warm and very welcoming. They have a large waiting area which was very clean and have coffee and water. The vet didn?t make us feel like we had to do all kinds of expensive tests, started at the basics. As a pet owner who has another dog who is always going to multiple vets, I understand the frustration of wait times and the shortage of vets and help staff. With that said, they valued our time and worked hard to get us in an out. I would highly recommend them.
I am so impressed with this facility. This is the first time we?ve used them, and everything exceeded our expectations. They wasted no time advising we bring our dog in for ER surgery. All the staff were friendly, informative, and supportive. Given we first went to another pet ER in town, I was surprised with how many people don?t know about this location. We highly recommend it to other families.
Front desk person needs an attitude adjustment. Technician was very kind. Prices here or high.
I want to say thank you to this team they were very kind and helpful in my situation. They were the first ones to not turn me away after calling 15 other vets. If I get another pet hands down this will be the place I go for all my pets needs they go above and beyond for you no matter the situation. The compassion I was shown was amazing. I?m very greatful to have found them and I appreciate how quickly they were able to help me. So thank you again for everything you did for me and my sweet boy Simba?
