Dr. Russett and the staff at Court Street Vet are an amazing, caring team. They are truly caring and dedicated to their patients and their families. I can’t recommend her and her team enough and Kodi, Kasey and Willow give them 5 Paws as well.
They misdiagnosed our dog. They changed a lot of money and sold us "special" food that she didn’t need. When she wasn’t getting better, they would not see her. When we called to complain, they were VERY rude to us. We won’t be going there again.
Overpriced, incompetent, and rude. After they misdiagnosed my dog, they would not refund even a portion of the nearly $800 bill. The manager, Tim Russett, was very disrespectful on the phone. Additionally, if you need several forms signed for international pet travel they will not provide that service. I would not recommend this clinic. They may respond to this critique, but there is no hiding the pattern of negative reviews.
Wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else. Top notch.
