You can never get an appointment if your animal is sick. We tried calling to get our pet in for tomorrow and was told we have to call back tomorrow and by then they may not be available. You think if they cared they would make the appointment. Every time a pet has been sick this happens. Not reliable. Very annoying
Very friendly staff from the admins to the techs to the doctors. Compassionate and they really do listen to you and want what’s best for your pets.
Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. They are prompt and very professional.
