We’ve had to visit the AERRA several times over the past six years. Every time we have felt like they cared about our pets and were well organized in evaluating and treating their emergency visits. We are grateful to have such a world-class facility for when we need it. Thank you to all of the wonderful and caring staff! You make such a difference to these little lives and to the people who love them.
During one of the scariest moments of my life, the staff at AERA made me feel comfortable that my dogs were in the right place and in safe hands. They were professional, informative, compassionate, and so loving towards my babies. I?ve been to a few animal hospitals and have had poor experiences. The staff at AERA was a breath of fresh air in comparison. They went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were happy and comfortable. I recommend them hands down to any other hospital in the area!
Dr.Scelba was amazing when I had to take my Frenchie in due to seizures, she was friendly, open, honest about what might be going on without trying to scare me. She is the type of person & vet I wish I could have as our every day vet.
I hope I never need to use them again, but if I do, I hope it’s on a day where Dr.Scelba is in.
they took care of my baby Shadow. they were very kind and patient with me coming in and not being able to get my words out. very affordable and the vet was sweet. i owe her one haha thank you guys for being kind and taking care of my pookster
5 Stars for Dr. Jin Jung, dvm!!! He completed a complicated dental surgery with extractions for my very elderly chihuahua Peanut Butter. She has a slight heart murmur so we were concerned for surgery at her age. However, she wasn’t eating well any longer and it was clear her teeth were bothering her. Dr. Jung was kind and very professional. Peanut is doing so much better and is now eating again like normal!!! We are so thankful for Dr. Jung and his team’s amazing service!!! We recommend them wholeheartedly!
