Kim Friedlander, the most unprofessional vet I have ever met. Her attitude was not only alarming but disheartening in a time of high stress and concern for our dog. Her lack of manners and snarky comments made us feel extremely uncomfortable. The vet tech and the front desk associate were very nice. Unfortunately, we will never return based soley on Kim Friedlander?s unprofessional and downright disgusting behavior.
The staff and doctors here are amazing! They’re not only knowledgeable but very friendly and caring for animals. They provide you with in depth details on a printout every visit so you have all the info you need for follow ups or a reminder what you talked about with your Vet. My visits have been for my dog seeing the dermatologist for severe allergies and I have nothing but great things to say.
I had an extremely positive experience here, when my oldest cat had a stroke and was suffering greatly, they were able to euthanize her the same day, and they were so accommodating to myself and my daughter. They were incredibly professional and considerate. I would recommend this facility.
