i have had overall a pretty positive experience with this vet, but on my most recent visit i was left a bit disappointed with the advice i had received. i have a 3 year old cat named rudolph, who has suffered from halitosis on and off ever since i adopted him, roughly a year ago at the point i saw the vet. when i asked the vet (he was a man but i?m not sure what his name was) about his teeth and whether or not he recommended if he should get a routine dental cleaning, he advised against it until he was a bit older, even though he could see the beginnings of gingivitis and some plaque and tartar buildup. i wasn?t comfortable with this answer and sought a second opinion, where that vets office found the beginnings of some cavities in his molars in addition to gingivitis and plaque & tartar. i appreciated woodbridge?s efforts to help me save money by avoiding this operation, but would much rather pay on this end of than have rudolph be in pain as he gets older and having to shell out even more money. i made sure to tell the vet that i had insurance, so even if it was only a recommended a procedure, i would make sure he got it done. if i hadn?t gotten the second opinion i would hate to have to think what would?ve happened with my baby?s mouth and teeth. i would?ve much rather been told the truth of the extent of his oral health and then make a decision from there, as opposed to being dismissed entirely.

My dog is a difficult dog to deal with in regards to going to the vet, and Dr. Alex and staff made it a non-issue. A vet tech helped me get her from the car to inside. Then she went directly to the room and Dr. Alex took blood and gave her the needed shots, and also did a physical exam kindly and gently considering my pet’s nervousness. When the visit was completed, Laura from the front desk took the payment in the room, so we wouldn’t have to be in the waiting room with the other dogs too long. Then again the vet tech helped me get her into the car, and overall it was a non-drama. Good job, Dr. Alex and staff, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, who needs a great vet for their pet.

Been going to this vet for a while now for my senior dog and my new puppy and I always had such a pleasant experience with them! Recently took my puppy for an emergency visit and turns out he had a superficial scratch on his eye and within 24 hours his eye has improved ! ? Also was recommended to head to a cardiologist for my senior dog for his heart problem and it?s the best decision to take him there as his coughing has reduced significantly , would recommend this place to anyone, super accommodating and professional!

I’ve encountered nothing but care and compassion from the doctors and the front desk alike. Would highly recommend to anyone.
