Absolutely terrible service. I waited 3 hours signed in and in the parking lot then for 4 hours in the waiting room because it was too hot to stay outside and animal after animal came signed in as we watched and was taken in to be seen before my pup. They say they see you by severity of the issue but dont send anyone out to check on your animal to check what the actual issue is. I was ignored for 7 hours as my dog was wimpering and crying in the waiting room with me and none of the staff did anything about it. After asking the staff multiple times if i was still even in line to be seen they assured i was and that id would be seen soon or that i was next in line but still people were signing in and being seen before i was. Absolutely terrible place with terrible customer service. Would not recommend at all.
Unless your pet is actively dying, I wouldn’t go here. Even then, I’d hesitate. While some of the staff were friendly, overall they had horrible communication and listening skills. I’d sit for hours with no updates and when I asked questions, they were dismissive. We were there for over 5 hours and spent over $300 for them to tell us they couldn’t find anything wrong with her. Spoiler alert: they were wrong.
Good people
Clean and organize.
It is emergency vet clinic and business at the same time. So no matter your visit they will charge $123.00 plus tax (Today’s rate: 05/22/2023)
Nurses/Assistant was very understanding of the situation regarding of my cat’s fever.
She will give you options of treatment. And paper estimate before further examinations.
I was just surprised how expensive is.
Top of the exam fee( not included a blood test), they gave me an estimate of full exam for near $900. The second option were $350.
Luckily, my cat doesn’t need extra medical care this time, but this visit were good reminder of how vet(emergency) could be pricy.
I had to put my sweet old cat down and the staff were very kind and made this about as easy as it can be. Thanks for everything.
Were unable to offer any help. After examining my dog’s ears, the Dr said there was no sign of issue. My dog was clearly uncomfortable: shaking and dropping her head. When I took her to our regular vet, they saw clear signs of wax buildup not present in the other ear and found a deeply imbedded fox tail in her ear. The intake staff was curt and unhelpful, to boot. Had a good experience when they were at their old location but I will never go back again. Don’t waste your money.
