We had an emergency with our pet at night and called the emergency hotline. The clinic did not consider it as an emergency and so even as being their client we could not come in. Our pet had to be put down that night. The service does not feel reliable to me.

Worst vet office. Called for an emergency and they said they couldn’t help us. They also refuse to answer phones or emails about anything.
Your better off driving to artesia for better vet care. They will let your dog die.
We did have an appointment set up for April 11th. I set it up online. After weeks of calling and leaving voicemails. I booked online just to get in to get a spay appointment.
I’ve never met such rude staff. Also they refused to shave down my senior dog who has temperament issues because they couldn’t muzzle her themselves. Sorry excuse for a vet and vet techs. Read the other reviews. Also Brittany had the greasiest hair I’ve ever seen. She can’t even groom herself or wear a shirt that fits. no wonder she couldn’t groom my dog. Not professional.
