HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Both vets I have seen here were extremely good, Dr. Orr, the owner, is probably the best vet I have ever seen, and I have seen A LOT of vets, She really takes her time to explain everything in abundance so you can understand your pets options and diagnosis. She takes her time and makes sure that you completely understand everything. I have never had a vet so thorough with explanations. I have also seen Dr Williamson and she was also extremely versed and made sure I completely understood my pets condition as well as answered any questions I had. I have never felt like the vets here recommended anything unnecessary. I also felt that their pricing is very fair. I cannot recommend this vet enough.

Dr.Stockwell was amazing with my pup ! She took the time to build rapport with him and answered all my questions. I appreciate how this office is not quick to run test. Rather they spend time with the animals and get a general sense of what might be going.

I have been coming to the animal clinic of east Ave for about 7 years now for all of my pets, dogs and exotics and they are hands down the best vet I’ve ever been to in my 20 years of experience as a pet owner. The entire Staff is wonderful, everyone is very informative and very sincere when it comes to the well-being of your animals. Pricing is more than reasonable and is very affordable. If you are on the fence about your current vet or are a new pet owner looking for a primary vet, Dr. Williamson and Dr. Orr are your go to’s!

My pet had been a patient at ACEA for 4.5 years. This last Thursday, she was bit by another dog. Unfortunately, ACEA didn’t have time to see my dog and all of the urgent care facilities were closed. The emergency service was giving me a 4-5 hour estimated wait time. Obviously, I was very upset and didn’t know the extent of her injuries. I went in to ACEA to ask for a dr to come out and take a look. I needed advice on whether or not I should take her to emergency services. The receptionist was extremely rude and told me that I wasn’t going to see a dr and that I needed to leave because I didn’t have an appt. I told her I would sit and wait and that I wasn’t leaving until I saw someone. She told me she would call the police to have me removed. After a couple visits to the back room and a phone call, a vet tech came out and took a look at my dogs wounds. At that time she told me the wounds were not superficial and that she likely needed stitches. I didn’t have a problem bringing her to emergency services if the trip warranted it. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of care and compassion I received. Their values on the wall when you walk in are “Care, Compassion, Commitment “. ACEA showed me none of those values. Instead, they send me this letter. I really expected more from ACEA. The time when I needed the most compassion and care they treated me like an inconvenience.

They take care of our 70 lbs mix breed rescue dog and our cats. Great vets and techs.
