My dog has not been eating for a week, and got her blood work done. They asked me to get her dog food to help fatten her up(even when my baby refuse to eat anything for a week). They found out my dog has severe kidney failure 3 days later, and I had to keep calling to find out the results and not by them calling me back. And then insist on testing her urine to see if there is other underlying diseases. There is NO CURE for kidney failure and knows my dog was gonna died and still try to milk me till the last penny. They were so much better before the pandemic. I took my business else where for my future fur babies. THEY ARE FOR THE MONEY, NOT PET’s HEALTH!!!!

The staff was pleasant, but this is a robbery. They took my dog to the back so I couldn’t see what’s happening and tried to get me to do blood check even though he’s perfectly healthy. They charged me $294 for 3 vaccines (including a $100 exam/consultation fee) and I was just too shocked to even know what to say. They didn’t tell me that they have a discount for first visits either – once I found out they refused to apply it to my bill. Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that doesn’t overcharge this much, it’s honestly insane.

I adopted my cat from the Brooklyn animal action shelter on 11/5 and scheduled his first check up for 12/13 at 6pm. The representative on the phone assured me they would take the voucher from the animal shelter because they were booked so far out and their first open appointment was 12/13 at 6pm. I get to the animal hospital with my cat and they’re closed. Never got a phone call or email from anyone. Spent an hour on the train with my terrified cat only to get there and realize we took the journey for nothing!
