They are very good to my pet and I also appreciate the kind and professional service. I have been satisfied with most aspects of my cats care. My only issue has been that they withhold your results until you’ve spoken to the vet, which is technically not legal in NYS even for human patients. But that’s not specific to this location, it’s a Bond Vet thing.
I noticed a poor review of Dr. Kaufman and wanted to update mine to respectfully disagree and say that we love her, she is so sweet and careful with my cat and respectful of our family decisions. She truly cares about my pet. We are making a decision about dental work currently and if we do go with the more expensive options at Bond Vet, it will be because we trust Dr. Kaufman and anyone she recommends more than an office we might not know. She is really hardworking, even calling us on weekends when needed. She is very organized and detail oriented which is a perfect fit for our family. Also a good listener!
My dog was a new patient and was quite ill. He was seen the same day for two days in a row. The doctors really helped me to understand what was wrong and to decide next steps (which included hospitalization). They provided great guidance and spent time researching options for the specialist my dog needed.
