I have the coupon to use for my first initial visit for a new pup. When I got there, the desk was
told this. We got called had to take pup into room tech tried to push a plan on me. Nope. Dr never came in. Pup had to go to a
"Sterile" room for exam. Asked why cuz never had a vet do that.
She brought pup back in and she was scared n shaking. Dr finally came in. Weird Dr. Talked fast to confuse me. Told me it was $297 for diagnostic tests. Nope. Told me straight out "ifsomething happens to your pup its not on me" WTH? There was nothing g but warmer needed. Figured
May as well get the free exam and wormer together. I did buy the wormer and diareaha meds for $52. She needed the wormer.
Finally I left. Pup was shaking in my arms most of the ride home. I do t know what he did or may have gVe her, but im going to a vet who stays in the room with us!
