Getting asked questions that are not relevant for a basic checkup for a cat.. getting told “will check with doctor” and to call back later and check instead of just receiving a call back.. only to hear they are booked out atleast a month in advance and can’t accept a new patient. Like you didn’t already know you were booked out that far, right. A sketchy and unprofessional feeling from this small rural practice in just two short phone calls. Edit: reading other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence maybe seek care elsewhere!
