It would take too long to list out all of my negative experiences. They?ve on several occasions led us to believe our pets had cancer or other serious diseases, made us spend insane amounts of money only for it to be quite literally nothing. They have always tried to make me feel inadequate as a pet owner when I don?t want to do costly and unnecessary procedures. My last straw was them cancelling my dogs appointment that included an allergy shot she desperately needs. I understand why they cancelled, but they wouldn?t give an inch and take 5 minutes to give her just the allergy shot and said I?d have to wait a month! Needless to say she has a new vet.

I can not give enough praise here. They have helped us and our dog Noodles through some very difficult stuff and gone above and beyond for him and us. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring.
Today I had an appointment at 1:50pm. I was running 10 minutes late and they called and cancelled. She said it was their policy. But she then claimed it was because of an emergency. What was it??? ? What would they have done if I walked in 2 minutes earlier? Since I was in the parking lot I walked into the building and asked for a refund receipt bc they pre-charge your CC. There were 2 receptionist and 2 techs standing around the waiting room talking. Real emergency! Read the lower ratings it says a lot.
Very friendly at the end of my Lily dogs life. Compassionate. Patient. Accommodating. Do not use 24hr veterinarian in Henrietta. They don’t care about your pets, ONLY their money!! Great staff and doctors at Bayview!!
