The owner is absolutely the best and if it’s a problem they can’t fix they get you headed in the right direction quick. There isn’t a better staff anywhere that cares for the pets like there own. I first went back 2002 or 3. They are still my first pick. The owner went to the same school I did she was several years older. She had the drive to become a vet and did so . Not sure if she imagined she would own the place one day but I’m confident if they are a employee there there first class all the way. I owe them so much gratitude for looking after my babies in the highest manner. Thank you to everyone for the care you have given my pets over the years. Ms Hampton thank you so much for the team you put together. They are the best.
Wouldn’t trust my pups anywhere else. Dr. Singletary and Dr. Matherly are always amazing with my Goldens. It took a good while to find a vet for my boys, always wanting them to receive exceptional care, nothing less. I’m so thankful to have found Blue Flint.
This place is terrific for pet care, boarding, and purchasing prescription RC food. I fund it interesting that Vanfield out hospital can prescribe food but does not carry what is prescribed. I’ve used this business for boarding and specialized pet food services and they never disappoint. Too bad other pet hospitals don’t offer the same services from staff to veterinarians.
Horrible customer service on someone’s part . I’ve taken my dog there and I called 4 times trying to get them to call me back so I could get my dogs medicine and a few other simple questions. The receptionist kept saying they would get back to me. Well now its pointless since my dogs passed. I would never use them ever again.
