They take great care of my fur baby
They could work a bit more on communication when you pet is done but all it all it’s a great Banfeild, clean , and great employees.
I took my puppy here for the first time and it went pretty well however I do wish they would do a “wellness exam” in the room with me so I can see what they see etc. once I brought my puppy back a second time for a booster of a vaccine they were encouraging the other vaccinations like they do everytime and I was suggesting my dog wouldn’t be at risk since he doesn’t have that lifestyle right now. So I signed what I thought would just be my booster & fecal exam. Once my puppy came back out after a doctor never came to speak with me, they mentioned they started a vaccine that I didn’t want but can’t refund or do anything about it since I already signed a paper I didn’t even see.
