We have used Caring Hearts for over 14 years with our Maddie girl. We used to see Dr. White mostly as the doctors switched often years ago. Dr. Morefield joined the practice and then there were 2 wonderful doctors. It does not matter which doctor is available as we trust both of them with our girl.

Last week Maddie was sick so we called and got a next day appt with Dr. Morefield. After some blood work she gave us our options with our girl. The options unfortunately were very expensive and did not want to put our 14 1/2 girl through that. So we took our baby home. Fast forward she got sicker so we knew it was time. We had an appt for this morning.

We were deciding on home or vet’s office to put our baby to sleep. We decided at the vets, so this morning we brought her in. Caring Hearts exceeded our expectations. First Dr. Morefield was on today and since she just saw our baby last week I was glad she was back. We were brought into this beautiful room, not an exam room. A quiet room with a couch, pretty chair, spa music and candle flickering. How calming was this. Our baby was anxious so we asked for sedation first and they agreed. It was such a sad day for us as our baby girl was the light of our family. She was a sweet and kind dog who loved everyone. They treated her with dignity and care. We opted for cremation so they will call us when she comes back.

Thank you to Dr. White, Dr. Morefield and entire staff for 14 1/2 years of loving and caring for our girl. In time we will get another dog and will be back.

Recently started taking our new puppy to Caring Hearts and it’s been a great experience! All staff we have come in contact with have been awesome. Our pup had some tummy problems & I was able to call and a sick earlier in the week and then bring her back in today(Saturday) on short notice to get her checked out. They are prompt to get you into a room and all the Doctors we have seen take their time and listened to our concerns!

One of the vet techs here is extremely sweet, while the other is quite standoffish. But that’s not the issue, just wanted to note it. The issue is that they will bill you for anything and everything they possibly can, even if you decline a specific treatment or medication.

I declined a particular shot for my cat because I wanted to try another alternative first and go from there, but there was an appointment made for me without my knowledge! It was only through text that I realized it was even scheduled. I also declined the sedative before our next visit, and was surprised to be charged for it at the front desk.

I am basically repeating what another reviewer has said in that they only care about money and will try to find every way to charge you for more money.

Well Dr White knows her stuff. However, My German shepherd is 11 and I would say about 9ish he didn’t want vets to take blood from any leg anymore. I called for an appt for max because he slipped on the stairs and apparently she put in his file that he needs to be sedated for every visit. NO I will not and I told the staff on the phone. So then the office staff tells me she has to tell Dr White. LOL I DON’T CARE!
1-DONT TALK TO CUSTOMERS LIKE WE ARE ONE OF YOU’RE EMPLOYEES.
2- If you’re nervous around bigger dogs, I understand but don’t take them on.
Don’t use your auto response. Have an awesome 2023!
