1st let me say I find the staff and Dr. Taylor very kind…
that being said the office staff are slow, they refuse to call in prescriptions earlier than a week of course unless you are purchasing from them. If you need an anxiety medication you could be waiting weeks. Request a Doctor phone call and you will wait. Unfortunately when you don’t receive a return phone call and call back they actually suggested you could find another vet. I even tried another staff member and they just make excuses.
Bottom line if you love you pet and want service and care in a timely matter, take their advice and look elsewhere!
They take great care of my dogs. They don’t try to push treatments and things not need to make a buck. A+++ all around. Dr. Taylor is fantastic….
My family has been coming here a very long time and Dr.Taylor is the best he is very knowledgeable truly cares about your pet and their owners as well. And the staff here are very friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend Landings Animal Hospital

Sweet folks helped immensely with the worst day. The staff gave my 19 year old best friend the dignity and comfort he deserved. Compassionate and caring. Kept me grounded and always clear on happening and process. Saying thank you just doesn’t seem to be enough. Highly recommend.
