Hopefully they are good with animals because they are abysmal with staff. Shameful and inexcusable!
One day their phones out all day no bad weather and they don’t respond to text or email. Then give my small dog time sensitive flu vaccine even though see him annually they threw in a xtra charge for an exam in addition to the shot. Then week later they call to tell me they are all out of vaccine so can’t give the required time sensitive booster (2nd shot) that was scheduled so I am left calling around to try find another vet that might have the vaccine. Most places I called do have it. Without 2nd time sensitive booster dog not considered vaccinated and would have to start the cycle over from scratch and $90 wasted (canine flu shot is required for most boarding or travel or day care). Apple Hill knew they did not have the vaccine when gave first shot. They are poorly run and not good like used to be. Everything is a hassle with them.
