Took our senior dog to this location, our dog walked into the clinic just fine, but as the tech brought him out he was unable to walk. All the tech said was "I dont know why he doesnt want to use his back legs." The front desk also refused to refill his prescription without giving a feasible solution. 0/10 would not recommend. We have had our dog as a patient at banfield for over a decade. This location ends it.
Animals need help on Sundays too. Ridiculous they are closed on Sundays. I’m So over all the so called “professionals” needing special days off. Heartless…it’s just a day. I guess their coveted day off is just more important than animals suffering. Just SHAMEFUL.
The staff here is amazing! They take great care of my pets. The wellness plans really help with the cost too!
