Yesterday I had to send one of my little kitties over the rainbow bridge. The staff here were exceptionally kind and extremely understanding of what I was going through. They were up front with everything while still being kind and empathetic. Even though they were extremely busy I still felt heard and seen, and I’m sure my little kitty did too. I will forever be grateful for the peace they helped her get in the end.
Leonidas & I just had our first experience as patrons of Oak Tree and we are beyond pleased with the level of care he received. We were both a little nervous upon arrival, but we were instantly made to feel at ease with a warm welcome, exceptional service, and a very informative veterinarian who took the time to explain all options available to us within my budget. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for treating my baby like he was your own!
The Staff is very amicable and compassioned towards pets and owners. The doctor is very knowledgeable and more than pleased to answer any questions you may have about your pet’s overall well-being and medications.
Feelin like I truly found the best vets in the world and beyond blessed to have my fur babies in their care!
They are all so friendly not just to me, but my two cats and rottie! And you can see the genuine love, care, and compassion they give each pet that walks through the door! They get on the ground and rub on and love on even the biggest and “scariest” of dogs. I won’t bring any of my babes anywhere but oak tree.
This place is the best for many reasons, but my top reason being how much they truly love and care for our animals. (and they take not just cats and dogs too!)
I have to add this edit after reading other reviews after leaving mine because I laughed reading the bad ones knowing how all my trips went here
I feel it’s funny the only bad reviews is people trying to get their money back, unfortunately things in this world cost money..and how well they treat my pets it’s worth every penny. sure it took me off guard when my first ever visit took a down payment, but it was worth finding the best vet for all my pets. Not to mention, I only had to pay that one time because I was a new client. it’s not an issue if you show up for your appt, it was well over a year ago so I can’t remember..but I’m pretty sure it goes towards your bill. I also want to mention you don’t pay for things twice..(if they ever mistype out a bill I’m sure they would happily fix it and sincerely apologize their mistake) but I don’t think people realize paying for a booster isn’t paying for the same thing twice. you got the first shot and then another appointment with another shot.. you go anywhere in this world you’d be charged for a second anything a second fry, drink, etc it’s kinda common sense
What do you expect? They take time out of their day and use fresh gloves, needles, years of education, sanitize between clients, etc you think that’s free? Personally I wouldn’t want their care if it was free, I’d be suspicious. if paying for your pets well being is a problem, which I can understand things aren’t always easy, then maybe find someone who can volunteer their work.. if you trust it that is. or maybe perhaps don’t have a pet easier said than done and I know things happen or change but by all means that’s not the clinics fault or problem anyone would be happy to take care of them but we live in a world where nothings free
