We had a recent experience with our dog and brought her to the Cleveland location. Though the wait was long, which to be honest, is expected anytime you go to to the ER, the staff was incredible. They were so nice, informative and we had just an overall wonderful experience. I would recommend them hands down to anyone with a pet in need.

This is a NOT emergency hospital. I checked in when there are 4 ahead of me. They had me awaited for 5 hours until now he’s not got seen yet. He’s eye is injured and could not open at all and they don’t see this is an urgent problem and just let us sit there.

So many people complained how slow this place is and it’s my fault not trusting those 1 star reviews.

Welcome to Medvet If your time is FREE.

Had to bring or dog in because our vet was completely full, even for emergency visits. Our dog has a history of a heart murmur and is on diuretics per or reg vet. We brought her in because with in 5 days, she had a alarming amount of fluid collecting around her whole chest and coughing fits. (happens with fluid backup around the heart). The only staff that where friendly were the front desk ladies. I provided them with all of her vet records. After being seen by a tech for triage, then taken back to a room, a tech took her out of our exam room to be examined by a vet. We thought that was weird but we waited. After they brought her back we waited 1 1/2 hours for the vet to come see us. The vet told us the fluid was fat and she shouldn’t be on diuretics’ because she wasn’t in congestive heart failure. At lest we knew she wasn’t critical but still took to our vet 2 days later when there was a opening. In a nut shell, our vet said it WAS a fluid build up, not a weight gain and gave her a shot of diuretics. 1 day later the coughing has stopped and 90% of the fluid is GONE.
