Fifth and Kenny Animal Hospital was amazing at every step of the way while I enrolled my dog as a new patient there. The front desk staff were so helpful via phone and email. Once I got there, the front desk staff and vet tech were so welcoming and sweet to me and my dog and Dr Emily is an absolute treasure! It is so hard to find a good vet in this world that gives you honest thoughtful feedback about your pet so you can be empowered to take great care of this important part of your family. Pricing was fairly explained and communicated and I paid easily in the exam room with a card reader. I am so happy to have a veterinary home for my dog!
How do I start?? Firstly, I wish I could give 0 stars. I just had the worst experience of my life, worse than when I was gaslighted by my own OB/GYN.
I took my dog in to get his annual shots, our appointment was at 5:30 and I showed up about 15 min early. They sent me and my pup straight back to the room & the vet tech came right in. At about 5:19, he left and let me know that the vet would be in, in about 5-10 minutes? WHAT A FREAKING JOKE.
The vet finally decided to stroll on in at 5:57, again my appointment was at 5:30. I was upset, as most people who had over 30 minutes of their time wasted would be, and I made a comment under my breath, ?oh, look who decided to show up?, to which she responded ?hold that thought? and walked out of the room.
Long story short, don?t give these people your money, they don?t give a flying f about you, your time, or your pets.
I?ve been taking my 6-year old poodle here since he was a puppy and we love them! I usually see Dr. Custer who we both love. My dog has pretty chronic infections in one ear and they always get us right in (within a day or so) and started on a treatment. So grateful to have them!
We have had experience with each doctor and several assistants at this vet and they’ve all been exceptional.
