Great, there was some miscommunication and I left before connecting with the doctor and he called me right away to give me the rundown and answer any questions. Always quick to respond and have had no issue getting appointments when needed.
Dr. Bonfiglio is always thorough with my dog and does a great job ensuring she is healthy and providing peace of mind. All of the staff members are personable and always excited to see my puppy and they refer back to past issues to ensure they are still resolved.
Started treating people as just dollar signs. I miss the days when people actually cared about the job, the animals and the people who care for them. Taking advantage of people while they are vulnerable is absolutely deplorable. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
